Only Adult day memberships are currently available for on-line sale - but a full range of day memberships will be available at the convention. Our day rates are:
Day Membership Rates
If you wish to attend the convention for just one or two days you may wish to consider purchasing a day membership for each day. Click on the Join Here button to get full details.
Membership Purchase Confirmation
When you join on-line you should receive two confirmation emails - one from ourselves confirming we have your purchase details and then a second from our credit card provider confirming your purchase. If you don't receive both of these emails - please first check your SPAM filters - but if you cannot find them you can query your purchase with our membership team at email@example.com
If you join by the alternative method of downloading a PDF and sending this in, either with an enclosed UK cheque or after making a PayPal payment or BACS transfer - we will send you a confirmation email to the primary email address on the PDF form. If you have not received this with 10 days of posting the PDF form you can query your purchase at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will not be posting confirmation letters - so if you do not include an email address we will be unable to send you a confirmation.
Please note: We do not mail out (in the post or by email) any tickets for the event. You will need to pick up your badge at registration when you arrive, and will need some form of identification.
Updating Your Membership Details
If any of the details in your confirmation email are incorrect, or you need to change some information (such as your address) please contact our membership team at email@example.com.
Refunds and Transfer
We cannot provide refunds for any membership purchased, but if you have bought a membership and then find out you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your membership to someone else.
To do so - please contact our membership team at firstname.lastname@example.org giving both your details and the details of the person to whom you wish to transfer the membership. If you want to let people know you have a membership that is available to be transferred, you are free to comment on our Facebook page, where potential buyers can get in touch with you.
